I went in to drop off laundry before taking the kids to school in the morning. Didn’t have the time in the day and Koos Nearest Cleaners washed and folded my laundry in great time and even told me about their million dollar collar product which I took advantage of and has made my abs my husbands shirts look great. This is my go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. The prices are very reasonable. They did a quality job cleaning my vest (taking extra care around the paint and studding). They also resized my favorite jeans to fit perfectly. I won't take my business anywhere else.

This is hands down the best establishment I've personally found for laundry services and dry cleaning. DO NOT, let the "thrift" (a term used by some dunce below) item appearance fool you. I bring ALL of my clothes here weekly, and when i say weekly i mean EVERY WEEK i bring one or two duffel bags full of clothing and when i pick them up i am ALWAYS happy. 90% of my clothing is Nike Golf apparel that i wear daily. (not cheap clothing) The other 10% well lets just say is worth enough to purchase your car, but when i bring those items for Dry Cleaning i have never once been unsatisfied. I just picked up a load today actually, when i arrived my debit card (which i thought i lost) was sitting in a neat little bag attached to my clothes. When i leave Koos i always feel like i just robbed the place, the prices for the quality of work is hands down the BEST. If you've been charged wrongly or an item has been damaged, speak up (not just write a angry attacking review, because you feel like you're an entitled prick) They will ALWAYS make it right.

This is my favorite cleaners. I've gone to plenty of cleaners all over LA and dealt with people who run cleaners and don't care anything about the customer and just want your money. But not here. I've experienced nothing but great customer service and kind professional people at Koos. I don't live that close to Torrance but I would rather drive here than deal with the bad attitudes at the majority of other cleaners out here. The owner is solid and he makes sure you're satisfied.

Hi so I went to Koos Nearest Cleaners, laundry and alterations and they had really friendly service! The place is very clean . I have been going here for a long time now for my laundry and dry cleaning. My dry cleaning is always given to me on the day that it has been promised to me, which is great. I have been to places where my dry clean was ready on the day that it was promised to me, and it have to spend another day to come pick it out in my busy life. I didn't have time one time to come to the place to bring my laundry once and for an emergency basis they came and picked it up. Which was nice and easy.

As a physician, I have a very busy schedule and needed to have my uniforms cleaned. Mike was able to accommodate my needs within a reasonable time. Koos neatest cleaners did a outstanding job on my alteration and dry cleaning. I will definitely be coming back for my other dry cleaning needs. And yes, Mike looks like Robert De Niro. Excellent service.

I brought my pillow in to be cleaned. When I came back to retrieve it, they said they could do a more thorough job by removing the cover and they did so free of charge! They truly cared about the quality of their service and they recognized me every time I walked in.
